We run this out of our own kitchen and backyard rigs, one event at a time. No franchise, no food truck window — just a family that likes to feed people well.

Swing by and grab it, or we deliver in warming trays and set up a self-serve spread so your guests can dig in.

Good to know: we're built for casual events — parties, gatherings, and drop-off catering. We don't currently offer full-service staffed weddings with servers, but we're a great fit for the rehearsal dinner, the shower, or the reception food table itself.

What it runs

Our pricing is competitive with other BBQ caterers in the Valley — it's the food that sets us apart. Tell us your headcount, protein picks, and sides, and we'll get you a straight quote.

Holiday Menu

Every holiday season we bring out the double-smoked maple glazed ham and our smoked butter turkey breast — the best turkey most people have had. We portion by the breast so it scales easily for a crowd. These are seasonal, so book early.

However you need it served.

Warming Trays

We drop off full trays, hot and ready, so your food stays at temperature through the whole event.

Self-Serve Table

We build a full self-serve spread — plates, serving spoons, and all — so your guests can line up and go.

Pickup

Swing by, load up your trays, and get back to your event — great for tighter budgets or DIY hosts.
